Personal data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with trusted service providers where necessary to provide our services, process payments or comply with legal obligations.

Information shared during therapeutic sessions is treated confidentially, subject to applicable legal, professional and safeguarding obligations.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not prevent us from contacting you about appointments, bookings or services you have requested.

4. Appointments and Cancellation Policy

Appointments are available in person or online, subject to availability.

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Where less than 48 hours' notice is provided, or an appointment is missed without notice, the full session fee may be charged, provided this condition was clearly communicated before booking and is consistent with applicable law.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and will consider exceptional situations individually.

If Accomplish Change needs to cancel an appointment, we will offer an alternative appointment or refund any payment for the cancelled service, as appropriate.

Any applicable statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

5. Workshops and Training Programmes

Places on workshops and training programmes are subject to availability.

Full details, including dates, times, location or online format, fees and any relevant participation requirements, will be provided before booking.

If you are unable to attend a workshop or training programme, please contact us as soon as possible.

Workshop No-Shows and Transfers

Where a participant does not attend a workshop or training programme without prior notice, a refund will not ordinarily be provided unless required by law.

However, as a gesture of goodwill, we are happy to offer participants the opportunity to transfer the amount paid towards another eligible workshop or training programme within 12 months of the original payment date, subject to availability.

Any difference in course fees may be payable where the replacement programme costs more.

This transfer arrangement is an additional goodwill benefit and does not affect any statutory cancellation or refund rights.

If Accomplish Change cancels a workshop or training programme, participants will be offered an alternative date or a refund.

6. Refunds and Statutory Cancellation Rights

Refunds and cancellations will be handled in accordance with applicable Irish consumer protection legislation.

Where a statutory right to cancel applies to an online or distance purchase, customers may generally have 14 days from the date of entering into a service contract to cancel without giving a reason.

Certain exceptions may apply depending on the nature of the service or booking.

Where a customer expressly requests that a service begins during an applicable statutory cancellation period, they may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided if they subsequently exercise their right to cancel.

Where a service has been fully provided during that period, the statutory cancellation right may be lost where the necessary consent and acknowledgement requirements have been met.

Customers wishing to cancel should contact Accomplish Change using the contact details provided on our website. Where statutory cancellation rights apply, customers may also use the applicable model cancellation form.

Where a refund is due, it will ordinarily be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law, and within the applicable statutory timeframe.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods, depending on the service and booking arrangements:

  • Debit and credit cards
  • PayPal
  • Revolut
  • Cash
  • Secure online payment links

Available payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking or purchase.

Payments processed through third-party providers are also subject to the relevant provider's terms and privacy practices.

8. Online Appointments

Online appointments may be provided through Zoom or another suitable secure communication platform.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate internet connection and a private, comfortable environment for their session.

If technical difficulties prevent a session from proceeding, we will endeavour to arrange a suitable alternative.

Online sessions are subject to the same professional and confidentiality standards as in-person appointments, subject to the limitations inherent in electronic communications.
